Rough
– Foundations consisting of a foundation in magrone and ventilated crawl space with igloo and reinforced concrete hood;
– Larch or concrete curb, fixed over the foundation slab, necessary for fixing the wooden structure;
– Three-layer panel wall type X-LAM with passage holes and window frames;
– Staircase made with X-LAM panels, present only in the case of a blind staircase to be covered;
– Inter-floor slab, made with exposed beams and double planks of 2 cm;
– Cover made with exposed beams, planks and insulated-ventilated package; moreover the roof covering in tiles is included and the sheet metal work in pre-painted sheet;
– 12 cm thick rock wool coat;
– Smoothing and plaster made with silicate product, breathable and protective primer; excluding pigmented finish;
Rough advanced
– Rough level, with the addition of:
– Thresholds and window sills installed;
– External wooden windows installed;
– External wall finish pigmented over plaster;
without finishes
– Advanced raw level, with the addition of super-flat polystyrene, plants, screeds and plasterboards:
– Ground floor insulation consisting of 4 cm of extruded polystyrene placed inside the house above the floor;
– Plants: construction of a thermo-hydraulic (excluding sanitary) and electrical systems complete with executive project;
– Screeds (lightened): realization of foundations and self-leveling on plants;
– Plasterboard: construction of false walls on bearing walls and partition walls made of double plasterboard, overall thickness of 25mm and hydrolastra on damp rooms;

– Finished level, with added finishes:
– Interior paints made with white breathable wall paint, solvent-free;
– High quality Decimo Primo standard interior doors;
– Decimo Primo standard line flooring, high quality;
– Decimo Primo standard line scales, high quality;

With the planned order we can establish in advance the arrival of the material on site, which will be a clean and well-organized area for its entire duration.

We will start with an initial interview in which we will tell each other, we will present the project (if you have one), submitting your wishes and needs to us;
We will analyze the intervention, ask you some questions and work to create a meticulously designed offer, based on your needs, tastes and economic availability;
After a few days we will present the estimate of your future wooden house, where detailed descriptions of the work will be indicated. We will evaluate it together and, if changes are necessary, we will update it with your instructions.
From the estimate to the delivery, we will be at your complete disposal for any clarification or on-site inspections.

We will coordinate the project in every aspect, from the design to the complete realization of all the components, from the acquisition of the order to the final delivery.

We will be at your disposal in the choice of all the finishes: from internal and external frames (doors, windows), to materials. We will evaluate the best performing solutions for the day / night and interior / exterior flooring, suggesting companies and suppliers from the consolidated experience.
EXECUTIVE DESIGN AND MATERIAL ORDER
We will examine all the aspects related to materials and internal / external finishes and we will study the architectural elements, the fixings and the construction details that concern the building in collaboration with structural engineer and plant engineer. In this way we will create an executive design where every single element will be designed and inserted in the total context; this will allow us to order every component of your future home with extreme precision.
CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION & CONTINUOUS ASSISTANCE
As soon as we have your authorization to proceed, we will organize the construction site, the times and the technical activities: we will take care of the works management, the safety coordination and the final inspection up to the delivery. We will be precise and punctual so as not to run into slowdowns in work that would cause unexpected costs.
